WHAT IS LIEBSTER AWARD?

The Liebster Award is given to up and coming bloggers who have less than 200 followers. The word Liebster itself means sweetest, kindest, nicest, dearest, beloved, lovely, kind, pleasant, valued, cute in German.

I think blogger awards are such a great way to know and learn more about your fellow bloggers, especially whose shared the same interests. I very appreciated this, and thank you Ami, you’re so sweet! I’m really sorry for the late post, because I’ve been busy with several things and not to mention my suck slow internet connection...

MY ANSWERS TO AMI’S QUESTIONS:

1. What country are you living in now?

Indonesia.

2. Why did you start your blog?

Because I love blog-walking as much as I enjoy reading something new, inspired by some bloggers, I decided to enter this blogosphere world ^^

3. What is your fashion style?

Simple vintage with a mori kei twist.

4. What steps are included in your everyday makeup?

I do not usually wear makeup on daily base, but if I do, it consists of skincare (cleanser, toner, moisturizer, sunblock), eyeliner, brow pencil, and lip treatments (lip balm, lip tint).

5. Who is the person by whom your makeup is inspired?

Everyone! ^^

6. When you read a beauty blog, which are you interested in the most: reviews, tutorials, skincare routine or news about new makeup?

Reviews, because I usually looking for the product's reviews when I want to buy it.

Tutorials, because I’m a newbie in beauty world, and looking for tutorials always very inspired me.

7. What are your favorite Korean makeup brands? What do you think about 3 Concept Eyes?

Skinfood.

I think 3CE is a very good brand, and sometimes high quality product comes in (relatively) high price. I want to try them someday, when they available in my country ^^

8. Name 3 favorite lip products and 3 favorite BB cream.

Lip products: Maybelline Baby Lips, Skinfood Fruit Bunch Lip Box in Tomato, Revlon lipsticks.

BB Cream: I haven’t tried many BB creams, but I like how Etude House's Shini Star look on my skin, and I also love the texture, smell and sheer finish of Skinfood’s Orange Jelly.

MY ANSWERS TO TYA’S QUESTIONS:

1. Tell 11 Fun Facts about yourself!   

a. I get bored so easily, and I act differently depend on who I am with.

b. I love anything with romantic-vintage vibes, especially things with laces, flower patterns, neutral colors and soft fabrics.

c. I enjoy designing clothes, and with help of my mother (she can sew), I often wear them.

d. Alternative, sadcore, modern folk, RnB, and avant garde are my fave genres of music.

e. For novels/comics/movies, I like fairy tales, shoujo manga, fantasy, action, sci-fi and adventure 

f. I hate stories with bad endings.

g. I’m allergic to dust and thus I easily catch a cold and I must carry tissues / handkerchief with me everywhere.

h. I used to draw manga (Japanese comics) with my best friends since elementary school, we even got several awards, but it stopped when we enter college and found difficulties to meet each other as often as we used to be.

i. I hate insects, especially cockroach and mosquito.

j. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes.

k. I’m a fan of Angelina Jolie, Rupert Grint and Lana Del Rey!

2. How much time do you spend per week on your blog?  

I'm not quite sure.. But when my internet connection is acting nicely, I can spend hours and hours in front of my computer, blogging and blogwalking :)

3. What’s something you regret, and how would you change it if you could?   

I really really wanted to be a doctor, but unfortunately I could not pass the test. If I could change it, I would study even harder to pass that test...

4. Who/what's the biggest influence in your life?   

Anything and anyone can be my inspiration :)

5. Flat shoes, High heels, or wedges? Why?  

I love all of them, because for me, they have their own functions. Flats for daily use, high heels for formal occasions, and wedges/flatform when I'd like to have some support with comfort ^^

6. Which one do you prefer? local brand cosmetics or non local? why? 

I love both of them as long as they have good quality and do not break me out :)

7. If you could have any super power, what would it be, and why? (yep. I totally just went for a classic.)   

Telekinesis. I just want to manipulate something and someone, it sounds interesting! ;)

8. Are you a morning person or night person?  

Not both. I still wake up early and do some exercise, but because in the morning I sneeze quite often (allergic reaction?) I don't really like morning time. And I like to spend my night by myself rather than with other people.

9. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? why?   

a. Indonesia: Surabaya, my hometown. I love Surabaya's culinary and environment.

b. Worldwide: Japan, because I admire Japanese lifestyle and culture.

10. What's something you find annoying?

Stuck in something/situations/persons I do not like.
